- MD Messages provides online access to these up-to-the-minute reports which document valuable information regarding who has or has not picked up their message. This includes how many times they have listened to their message!
- Call History Reports are easy to access through our secure server site – you can also search for an individual patient by entering their nine-digit ID number.
- Messages that have not yet been accessed by the patient will have an * listed on the far left of the report and a 0 listed for the # of plays on the far right side of the report.
- Our “flag” system makes it easy to follow-up on important or time-sensitive messages that have not yet been listened to by the patient. Simply “save and flag” the message after you record it and the message will appear in RED on the report in until it has been accessed by the patient. If there are no RED messages – there is no follow-up needed.
- MD Messages “flag” system allows physicians and nurses to record messages for patients with abnormal results – asking them to please contact the office as soon as possible. This documents an additional attempt to reach and notify the patient who is non-compliant.

- At the end of each year, physicians have the option to purchase an Annual CD which includes all the voice recordings for the entire year. Reports on the CD are divided by month first, then by patient ID number.
- The Annual CD is kept in your office and contains the actual voice information that was given to the patient! This along with how many times they listened to the message will prevent there from being any question in the future about what information was give.
- The documentation that this CD provides would be invaluable if there was ever a need to provide that information in the future.
